Andy Murray - Head Coach
Andy is also the Head Coach for the Owosso Girls Varsity Swim team and Head Coach for the Owosso Middle School swim team. He swam the breaststroke and IM, has 2 daughters that swim for Sea Lions, and he does triathlons and ultramarathons. Andy has been working with the Sea Lions since 2018.
Chris Brewbaker - Assistant Coach
Chris is a 2000 graduate of SJHS. He was a 4 year swimmer in high school as a distance swimmer. He has been coaching Sea Lions since 2021 and has coached the High School Girls Varsity Swim Team.
(Big) James Davis - (Grand)Parent Coach
James is one of our parent coaches and also volunteers at all the meets as our Heat Winner "Candy Man". His son James has been a Sea Lions swimmer and junior coach.

This is Lissa's 2nd year of coaching Sea Lions. She has a love for coaching the Developing Group. She looks forward to meeting new Sea Lions swimmers and families and building trust within each swimmer as we work together to learn techniques to becoming a successful swimmer. She will often be heard telling the kids "Practice makes perfect" and encouraging them to KICK! Lissa resides in St. Johns with her husband Mike and children Ella and Canaan.
Lindsey Stump - Parent Coach
Lindsey has been a Developing Swim Level coach since winter 2022 season. While her school growing up did not have a pool, she did learn to swim at a young age by coming to St. Johns for private lessons & has been swimming ever since. She enjoys working with the youngest Sea Lions, swimming, running, & kayaking. Lindsey resides in St. Johns with her two children.

Redwing class of 2025. Swims on the boys High School team and was awarded Most Improved Rookie his freshmen year swimming. He has been a Sea Lion since elementary school.
